Greenhouse Afternoonis less about orchids, and more about the interesting shapes and spaces that are created by plants crowded together in a greenhouse setting. In addition, it was another opportunity to play with the geometric shapes created by a greenhouse trellis backdrop against an ordinary midday sky.  It has been matted in white and framed in silver metal, and was exhibited at the Modern Museum of Art in Saitama, near Tokyo, in October 2002.
