Dancing Dames is another in a series of paintings which focuses on orchid blooms. In this piece I focused on the abstract patterns created by the blooms, while the background is simply intended to be a foil to the beauty of the blooms themselves. The piece is matted in white and is set into a white metal frame which virtually disappears.
