Fun With Frogs I is the first in a series of whimsical works of art depicting frogs in folded paper perched atop lily pads. I was inspired to begin this series of works pertaining to frogs when I watched a program agout the damaging effects of chemical run-off in our lakes and streams. The origami has been applied to white museum board, and then encased in it's own custom made plexi-glass shadow box to accomodate and enhance it's three-dimensional quality.
